Our Story

My name is Tommy Verdin, and I’m proud to carry on a legacy six generations in the making. My journey began in 2001 at the historic Verdin Company in Cincinnati, where I immersed myself in every aspect of the craft — from sales and design to engineering, manufacturing, and hands-on installation and service.

In 2017, I stepped away to begin my own venture, while continuing to lend my skills to Verdin through specialized contract work. Now, after more than two decades in the trade, I’m bringing that experience and a lifelong passion for clockmaking into a new chapter with Verdin East Clock.

Today, Verdin East Clock specializes in the restoration, repair, and modernization of tower clocks, post clocks, and other landmark timepieces. From preserving historic mechanisms to manufacturing replacement components and integrating modern control systems, we combine traditional craftsmanship with today's technology to provide dependable, long-lasting solutions.

Our mission is simple: to honor the craftsmanship of the past while building the technology and solutions that will keep these clocks running for generations to come.
